3M™ 4032 Double Sided Foam Tape features a 1/32" open cell polyurethane foam carrier coated on both sides with a firm acrylic adhesive, available here in a 1/2" wide x 72-yard roll. The foam construction allows the tape to conform to irregular and uneven surfaces, distributing stress across the bond line while absorbing vibration and impact.
This tape is well suited for mounting, assembly bonding, gap filling, and vibration damping in manufacturing, electronics, signage fabrication, and general industrial settings. It performs in indoor environments and exterior applications where the bond area is shielded from direct weather exposure.
