These 6 x 12 inch flat poly bags are constructed from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 4 mil thickness, delivering a puncture-resistant barrier that outperforms standard 1 and 2 mil bags when contents are heavier, irregular, or have sharp edges. The open-top, lay-flat configuration accommodates both manual and automated fill methods without special handling equipment.
FDA and USDA compliance makes these bags suitable for direct food contact as well as industrial use, supporting applications in food processing, pharmaceutical kitting, hardware and fastener packaging, electronics component storage, and general fulfillment operations.
